This series is part of Dreams of Nereids: Metamorphosis, a three‑part underwater project shaped by the stories Liberation, Reunite, and Rebirth. In Reunite, a young girl turns toward her own reflection, searching for a deeper connection with herself. Beside her, a second figure holds the mirror, a symbolic presence that echoes the voice of her inner self, reminding her that true identity is not limited to the surface. This inner descent is not without struggle; it carries moments of sadness and quiet melancholy, as she confronts the parts of herself she had long set aside. Yet through this emotional passage, she gradually reconnects with her true nature and begins to transform into a more grounded, authentic, and ultimately happier version of herself. Through artistic underwater photography, Reunite captures the intimate process of returning inward and reclaiming one’s inner truth.
